I recently had my dog there . Upon arrival the girls seemed ready and eager to take full care of my every need and concern. Little did they know I had a nanny cam sewed in the bags. My dog was neglected besides a small walk in the morning and wasnt feed as instructed. After 5pm. There is no interactions til the next morning. I was astonished by the lack of care the staff showed all the animals and to much involved in their own socialization. Owner seems completely clueless and very rude. The manager is extremely untrustworthy , reassuring all these services and quickly talks bad about us when we left. Please everyone do further research before leaving your animal in the care of just anyone.

My parents took their 15ish year old Westie there for his regular haircut, picked him up (great trim), and took him home. They have gone to this groomer for a very long time, and they know that the dog is nearly deaf and has to be looking directly at something to see it. After getting him home they noticed he had a cut above his eye. They called the groomers back and they confirmed that he had been bitten by another dog. The fact that this was not disclosed at the time it happened - or even at pick up is inexcusable. Having a 15 year old Westie outside in a kennel with several other younger dogs is unacceptable. The entire situation was inappropriate and handled very poorly.
Our dogs love going here. They are very friendly and have always groomed them exactly how we requestrs. We moved away for a bit and was never happy with the grooming provided at other establishments.
