Hard working ladies who are beyond talented, Im amazed at what they do, I would read any negative review as a direct display of negative character. Seriously.

Update: 10/1 called an additional four times, leaving messages and still no return call. The fifth time I called, I spoke to Misty, who claimed again that it was a mistake. I had to demand a letter from her stating the balance is zero. Thank God I didn't pay cash here. Their accounting books are all messed up; they randomly send out bills without verifying if the balance is valid. Someone from the IRS may want to look and see who is actually doing their books. My advice: if you use this company, be prepared for harassing letters several years down the line. I called to take care of this, and they ignored the calls. How unprofessional.

Ordered flowers for a friend who had lost their dad. They said the small bouquet was nice. Problem is, I paid almost $80 for a large bouquet. I also paid by credit card, long distance. Two years later, I receive a bill from them, asking me to pay a second time. I telephoned and they explained to me a few months ago that their accountant had made several mistakes; bills were sent out by accident to folks who had already paid; blah blah blah. Six months after THAT, I receive another bill. Mind you, if I hadn't paid, the flowers would not have been delivered. I called at lunchtime 9/28/13, asked to speak to the owner, but the lady who answered insisted on helping me. I explained to her what was going on, only to have her tell me, "Now hold on! Hold on! Hold your horses! You need to calm down!" I explained I was upset about being billed TWO YEARS LATER, and she hung up on me. I called three times after that, leaving messages. No return call. I'd avoid this place. This florist has an accountant that will double-bill you, they will send whatever they want...not what you ask for or pay for. My mistake in picking this florist, randomly, from long distance.
